Begin your adventure in the Boston Common, America's oldest park. Here, you'll find plenty of green space to relax and explore. The 54-acre park includes activities like paddleboats, walking trails, an old-fashioned carousel, and a bandstand, making it a great place for families to spend time every season.
From the park, cross into the Public Garden, a 24-acre urban green space. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, offering a large pond dotted with swan boats and walkways lined with flowers and trees. The nearby carousel is a fun place for teens to visit, and the grass is open for picnicking.
History buffs will love exploring Boston’s iconic Freedom Trail. The 4-kilometer trail winds through Boston’s cobbled streets, leading visitors to 16 of the city’s most important historical sites.
